Mr. Shri Sinha, Founder, President and CEO


Shrikant N. Sinha is the founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Adnet Inc. and is currently responsible for corporate management and strategic planning. Mr. Sinha has over thirty years of management and technical experience in the field of information technology working with federal and private sector clients.

Prior to Adnet, Mr. Sinha worked for SAIC, AT&T, TRW, (Titan Corporation) and SITA Corporation on critical federal projects- US Missile Defense Systems, US Tax Modernization Systems, US Automated Patent System, US Army Information Management Systems and HUD IT System and USPS Engineering IV&V. On the commercial side of the business, Mr. Sinha has guided 14 companies in adopting internationally recognized continuous process improvement standards such as SEI-CMMI and ISO 9001:2000.

Mr. Sinha has a Masters degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), a Masters in City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University, and a Masters in Science in Computer Science from Villanova University. He is trained in CMMI, ISO 9000, ITIL, ISO 20000, Six Sigma People CMM and COBIT. His certificate on Mastering Process Improvement from Software Engineering Institute-Carnegie Mellon University is a significant achievement in the continuous process improvement community. He has also been invited to speak on implementing quality standards and CMMI to the ACT/IAC Small Business SIG and the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin. He is also a guest panelist on the TV program Passion for Truth,

Mr. Sinha is well known in the local social and professional circles. He was elected President of the American Society of Engineers of Indian Origin, National Capital Chapter in 2004 and 2005. Mr. Sinha was recognized as one of the Fifty Powerful Men in Business Award in 2010 by Minority Enterprise Executive Council. In 2007, Mr. Sinha was a Finalist in the Turn-around Sales Executive category for STEVIE AWARD. Mr. Sinha is also a member of several important business and professional organizations including ACT/IAC, itSMF, SEI and ASQ.

Mr. Victor Young, Principal & Vice President for Federal Business


Principal/Vice President is responsible for Adnet’s strategic planning and business development initiatives. He has over 30 years of experience in business development, corporate governance, technology research and acquisition in the US Army and corporate sectors. He has been lauded throughout his high profile career.

Mr. Young joined Adnet in June 2013 after a successful 13 year career in L-3 Communications as Vice President. Mr. Young led the commercialization of a DARPA developed communication technology into a successful mine-safety wireless communication and tracking system. Within 3 years, the system generated commercial orders of over $66 Million. On April 28, 2009, the ranking member of the Subcommittee on Employment and Workplace Safety, said that the L-3 Accolade System was “the biggest breakthrough in mine-safety history”. Mr. Young’s program was awarded as the “Most Innovative Program” by L-3 Communications in 2010.

Prior to his promotion to Vice President at L-3, Mr. Young served as a Group Director, Director, and early on as a Program manager. He was responsible for the business development and programmatic execution of numerous government contracts. In these capacities, he was responsible for a diverse set of functional business areas to include: models and simulations, studies and analysis, communications engineering, threat systems, environmental management, and nuclear engineering. His customer base included DARPA, DTRA, HHS, FBI, DISA, DHS, NRL and DOE.

Since his graduation from the US Military Academy at West Point. Mr. Young’s twenty year Army career culminated with his last position at the Pentagon serving on the Joint Staff.

Mr. Rishi Kumar, Vice President


Mr. Kumar is responsible for the internal management and strategic development of Adnet’s business. Mr. Kumar provides management direction and quality assurance for Adnet’s government and commercial programs as well as CMMI and

ISO certification processes. Mr. Kumar has shown considerable skill in providing strategy, vision, and infrastructure.

Mr. Kumar provides a strategic vision for the company’s growth through capture management and partnerships, and leads and directs the operation of all programs. Apart from the day to day running of the business, he is actively involved in formulating marketing strategies for the company as well as its business partners.

Before Adnet, Mr. Kumar was responsible for hospitality marketing and business development for the Raheja group, the Sun and Sand Hotels group and Leela Palace, Bangalore, India.

Mr. Rohit Soni, Chief Technology Officer

As Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for Adnet, Mr. Soni brings a client-first attitude to his mission of developing high quality software and designing technology solutions, in addition to his twenty years of experience in building and managing the creation of software and information technologies. After graduating from the University of Maryland with a degree in Computer Science and a minor in Decision Information Systems, he began working as a software developer. In the years since, he has earned a Master's degree in biotechnology, as well as holding many different positions across the spectrum of information technologies. He has developed desktop and web applications within Microsoft, Linux, and Apple systems, mobile applications within IOS and Android systems, and applications within the growing augmented reality and virtual reality market. At the same time, he was becoming a leader among his colleagues, moving from a developer into a database administrator, a network administrator, a technical lead, a project manager, and CTO.

Ms. Swati Kumar, Chief Human Resources officer (CHRO)

Ms. Swati Kumar, Chief Human Resources officer (CHRO)Swati is the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)Adnet. She leads the HR strategy and its execution as the company builds further momentum on its transformation pillars. In this capacity, Swati is responsible for development and deployment of Corporate HR Strategy, bringing world class people practices driving effective leadership capability and Skill Development, Performance Management and career enrichment in Adnet. Apart from people management, Swati is also responsible for providing leadership to the Finance Team and support in formulating strategies to drive growth for the company. 

Prior to joining Adnet, she has most recently worked with IBM, and Blue Dart-DHL. 

Swati holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications and MBA in Informational Technology from Amity, India. She has an active interest in music and was part of musical performances during her academic years.
